Excellent threads
This is an excellent quality thread. It is great for using in a machine or by hand. It is very strong and doesn't break as easily as some threads. Also there is a huge choice of colours.

The best sewing cotton on the market
I had a super chat with one of your assistants about the merits of purchasing a superior item as opposed to one much cheaper that was on offer which I was going to buy. She assured me that I would benefit more by buying the 'named' thread. I'm a new sewer and I have found that this product does not clog up my machine. So her advice was brilliant. Hobbeycraft is a wonderful store.

The product had an slight unexpected problem
I was disappointed to discover that find that the Gutterman thread had been wound onto the spool in such a way that made it impossible for me to find the end of the thread to start my sewing. I had to cut into the thread to create an 'end'. This then caused its own issues initially in getting the thread to run off the bobbin freely.

Great choice and value.
The offer on Gutterman’s threads has enabled me to stock up on this great product for the sewing I am doing for the NHS. The wide choice of colours and the excellent value for money means I am never short of resources and I am confident that the scrubs and masks I am making are strong and serviceable.

Exactly what I needed!
Since recently taking my first steps in machine quilting I am getting through a shocking amount of thread.
This slightly larger spool is just what I need. I was also impressed by the wide range of other threads available, which got me thinking about possible future projects.

Brilliant threads
Gutterman are probably the best thread you can purchase and your sewing machine will love you for it. Normally buy the largest size but settled for a smaller one. Larger are better for value.

Fab product
This was my first time using this product as I normally use glossy accents. It is just over half the price and does most of the same thing. It also creates a domed effect and magnifies what its put over. My new, go to product.
