good product,
This was just what I need for holding larger rolls of thread as my machine does not have a large enough spool holder. The one thing I would say is it is quite difficult to put together but then it does end up quite sturdy. Be prepared to use a light hammer and put it together 1 piece at a time. The instructions are not great but it is not difficult to see which piece goes where, there are only 9 pieces after all.

This worked a treat.
I was having a nightmare trying to sew with a metallic thread... I did a bit of research and decided to get two things... specific metallic needles and a thread cone feeder. I used both these items and, hey presto... I could sew with metalic thread! The cone threader was easy to assemble and did what it was meant to do.

Useful sewing machine accessory
I bought this item as I had acquired a lot of large cones of cotton and no way of using them in the conventional way. Works great, although I did find assembling it was a little tricky as the metal bar needs to be inserted into the base with a bit of force.

Product works well
Very happy with this product. Does exactly what it says on the packaging. It seems to be fairly stable when sewing.....I was a little hesitant as I thought the base needed to be a bigger surface area but it appears to be fine.

Perfect for me
Up until recently I have been using a jar to hold my cones of cotton, but this device is a game changer! I love it it was easy to assemble, very sturdy (which I didnt think it would be because of the price) and super cheap!

Does what's needed.
I found this to be a little cheap feeling. The plastic holes weren't quite the right size or shape for the metal poles, meaning some of them are a little loose. It's strong enough to hold thread and functions well enough.

Excellent value
I have seen a cone holder before but at about 10 times the price, This may be more flimsy but I'd have to get through 10 of them to cost the same. A good accessory for a sewing machine
