Large eye...
Yes these worked very well for normal use, the problem I have is threading the needle, I can't get a needle threader in from behind, not enough room. Theses are for different thread but they worked perfectly, and I could poke the thread in from the front much better. I'm using a Brother machine

Perfect if your in a pickle
Not as good as other brands! These are brilliant if your in a pickle and need them instantly!! Hobbycraft is amazing for needed what u need instantly with click amd collect!! If not i will order and wait for deliver from other places....they just seem to go blunt/break quicker

Useful needles.
We have searched for a long time to find needles for metallic thread. We finally found them at hobycraft. These are good quality needles and do not shrewd metaljc thread as others do.
