Does the job
I lost the tape measure I keep in my handbag so looked online for a replacement. Concerned about getting an inferior product which might stretch I visited a REAL shop and had a good look at what I was buying. This appeared to be a good strong item and still seems so in use. It's narrower than my previous one but I can live with that. The reason for 4 stars not 5 is that the numbers on the metric side are equally distant from the centimetre markings either side of them. Which one applies? I dare say I'll get used to it.

Great tape measure

Simple is best
I needed a dressmaking tape measure to replace my old one that was multi-coloured and too flamboyant.
Hobbycraft had a simple black and white tape measure that is so much easier to use.
