Good set
I was pleased with the price I got this set from as it was on offer. The items feel well-made and sturdy. I like the size of the smaller set of scissors as they seem practical yet small and snippy
One star docked as I ordered this for click and collect and when I got it home and unwrapped the package, I realised that the item still had its security tag on it! Frustrating as I feel this should have been checked before packing up and giving to customers

Not easy to lose!
This scissor set isOK if you happen to want a medium pair of scissors, a small pair of embroidery scissors, a stitch ripper and a retracting tape measure. The tape has a nice pull back, and the small scissors are OK, but neither pair are realy good for what I bought them for - cutting fleece for rag rug making. In the end, I found an old pair of paper-cutting scissors that cut fleece much better than these, and these turned out to be OK for paper cutting - the little pair are great for fussy-cutting. The large scissors are not brilliant for cutting fabric, they are reasonably good for paper and thin card, and I was quite disappointed that they were not good when used for their intended purpose. However, one thing that I must say, the bright pink set is very difficult to lose amongst all my crafting stuff, and that was a very Important factor in my purchase!

I'm happy with my purchase as I have only just took up sewing and I was looking for some good quality equipment and tools to use I'm going to Hobbycraft has made me happy as I can get everything under One Roof

Pink sort of scissors
I am really happy with this set which I bought because I do up dolls houses and what I liked was there are a pair of large and small scissors plus a really handy tape measure ideal for measuring my miniature items I need and brilliant to,use rather than a large bulky tape measure.
Even get a thread picker which again is a fabulous bonus.
I would definitely recommend this item.

A snip at half the price!!
Wow couldn’t believe the value for money less than £1 an item, so I bought 2 sets one for sewing & 1 for everyday household use, brilliant idea to have tape measure on a key ring so hubby has 1 of those, great quality & easy to find in a drawer because of vivid colour & scissors cut so well, never have to many seam splitters excellent value at crazy price

A great bargain.
I only called in to get some embroidery scissors as my old ones had worn out. When I saw this pack I thought would get them as I bought some Hobbycraft scissors last year and they are great. This new pack is just as good. I would definitely recommend them. Cuts through fabric no problems and threads are so easy.

A brilliant set
I needed a new pair of scissors for my crafts and came across this handy little set. The scissors are brilliant, so sharp so great for not fraying fabrics. The tape measure has came in so handy and the automatic lock makes measuring so much easier
