You get what you pay for
I really like the choice of colours in this pack, which is what prompted me to buy them. However when I used them with my hobbycraft midi sewing machine I found that the thread snapped more frequently than other more expensive makes. Obviously quite annoying! I think I'll stick to more expensive threads for my sewing machine, in future because I got very frustrated endlessly re-threading and trying to tie up the snapped threads so my stitching wouldn't come undone.

Excellent quality
I brought these threads to start off my sewing box and to use for my A Level Art coursework. These threads are excellent quality and they don’t snap. I would definitely recommend this product.

Handsewing only
The back label says suitable for handsewing but doesn't mention machine sewing. As I was buying it for a beginner kit I substituted it with another product which does recommend for both. However it is polyester thread and they do look very similar so I've kept for my own use.

Good variance of colours
These are ones I buy regular because the colours are mostly spot on what I need. The price is very good and it is strong enough for my projects. I can't always find the right colours singular but these multi packs a great .You get plenty of cotton in these . A very good buy .
