Perfect!
Just what was needed to alter my son's shirt buttons to make them easier to do up, he has autism and with that has poor fine motor skills so finds them tricky. Replacing the ordinary cotton thread with the elastic give the buttons more movement which has made it soo much easier for my son at a low cost too!!

Very good product
I bought this elastic to make a smocked tube top. It was small enough to thread in the bottom of my machine and sewed really well. I am very pleased. The elastic has held up well and is good quality.

Useful standby
Bought this to increase tension in a knitted hat band to decrease size of fit. Have also used it on ribbing for jumpers. Easy to use, either sewn in or knitted in to body of work.

Perfect for shirring

Perfect product for jumper cuff
Bought new jumper which had wide cuffs on sleeves. Used the sheering elastic to draw the cuffs in. Very pleased with the result

This product will keep ribbing from stretching too much.
I have used the shirring elastic when doing the ribbing on cotton jumpers to prevent the ribbing from stretching when washed.
