Poor quality
Had my machine serviced costing me £25 to repair and they said was the cause of the problem. Cheap thread, not suitable for machine use.

Fantastic cotton
I have bought this pack of cotton many times for my sewing and quilting.
It is good quality and has never broken in my machine. Love it when it is £1.00 per pack and stock up on it.
I would love other colours - particularly black and navy.

Not great for sewing machines
Not overly happy with this. Very reasonable price but doesn't work great with my sewing machine. Has taken a lot of trial and error to get the tension right, where I've had no problems in the past. Also, the first couple of metres had already been cut so these were unusable for a machine

Good basic cotton (but does snap)
This cotton is super good value. It does seem to snap for no reason sometimes while sewing even thin materials on my machine. Having said this, I would buy it again. It doesn't happen enough for it to be an annoyance!

I was worried that by buying the cheaper thread, my project would not go to plan. But this feels like good quality and has stitched my quilt together perfectly. It feels very strong.

The best!
The reels of the poly cotton thread is great I have to say I’ve used 2/3rds of a reel already having made some Christmas bags ready for a Craft Market very soon thanks.
