Product good quality but size not.
The aperture is not correct on this mount. It was off alot on the height and slightly on the width.

The aperture is not A3…of course you can put a piece of A3 paper behind it, but it is smaller than A3, so the piece of artwork I had completed on A3 didn’t fit within the aperture…overpriced and useless for the purpose.

Lovely quality but unfortunately wrong size. My fault. Had to make my own mount. Returned item to you. Few problems, as return label unprintable, error on EVRi's site. However, I rang you and explained. Your assistant emailed a QR code which I printed, no problem.

Absolutely bent and tattered. Cheap and flimsy. Badly packed. Didn't reorder as staff couldn't guarantee it would not happen again. Found better mount much cheaper at other super store. Shame on hobbycraft ad your priducts sre deteriorating.
Very disappointed customer.

Very welcoming arrival to the store in Crewe, big smile and helpful advice. My purchase was exactly what I needed and a very good price.
A very warm welcome from the staff in Crewe Hobbycraft. I received information needed immediately and thought how efficient pleasant the young man was. My purchase of a frame/mount was perfect for the pastel painting I had finished. Will definitely visit this store again.
