Hot Chocolate is a winter favourite, and there's nothing nicer than curling up with a mug-full on a chilly evening. For a fun way to serve it up, try out these Hot Chocolate Lollipops! Simply melt some chocolate to make the pops, then mix with warm milk to serve. Aaah, delicious!

How to make

Step-1

Start by roughly chopping the chocolate and placing it into a heatproof bowl, over a saucepan of simmering water.

Step-2

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, and once the chocolate has melted, use a spoon to create circular discs of chocolate.

Step-3

Leave to set for a minute or so and then place your lollipop stick into the chocolate making sure that it gets fully covered.

Step-4

To create the drizzled effect, melt a small amount of contrasting chocolate (for example, if you've made white chocolate lollipops drizzle with dark or milk chocolate and vice versa). Dip a fork into the chocolate and then move it backwards and forwards over the lollipops, don't worry about being too neat, the messier designs tend to look the best.

Step-5

Serve the hot chocolate lollipops with a mug of warm milk, then simply add in the lollipop and stir until fully incorporated.
