How to make

Step 1

Measure the radius of the wooden disc. When you create a design allow 5mm around the edge to ensure it fits. The font shown is Typola, you can find free fonts available with a quick internet search. Once you have your finished design print onto tracing paper.

Step 2

Turn the tracing paper over and pencil over the design so it is completely covered. Turn the tracing paper to the correct side and tape it into place.

Step 3

Using a pencil trace over the design to transfer the led from the reverse side of the tracing paper onto the wooden plaque.

Step 4

Allow the pyrography tool to heat up for approximately five to ten minutes. Use a round ended tip to begin with, as it was flow easier.
