How to Make a Sun Mirror
With summer disappearing, why not bring the sunshine into your home with this beautiful sun mirror? It's so easy to create, and Bostik Fix and Flash glue is the ideal product to securely attach wooden skewers to the mirror base.

How to make
You will also need:
A small round mirror
100 wooden skewers
Gold spray paint - Available in store
Newspaper or a paper tablecloth
On the back of the mirror, indicate the centre with a marker pen. Then, using the centre as your starting point, make two circles two or three centimetres apart using your compass or two different sized glasses. These circles will be used as guidance for placement of the skewers.
Coat one side of a skewer with Bostik Fix & Flash glue, then position the blunt tip of the skewer onto one of the lines at the back of the mirror. Adjust the skewer until you're satisfied with the positioning, then shine the LED light on the edges of the glue for 15 seconds until it sets. Repeat this process, but alternate between which lines you stick the skewers to in order to create a sun effect.
Place the mirror onto some newspaper or a paper tablecloth with the skewers facing downwards, then cover the mirror's glass with a pre-cut paper circle. Spray the gold spray paint onto the mirror, including the skewers, from about 30cm away.
To create a low cost hook, use the small tab from a beverage can. Fold and glue one side to the back of the mirror using Fix & Flash. Now your sun mirror is ready to be hung at home.
