You will also need:

* A microwave-safe bowl and spoon to mix the chocolate

* No microwave? A saucepan and heatproof bowl that sits safely over the saucepan can be used instead

Step 1

Weigh out 100g of white chocolate and 100g of pink chocolate into heatproof bowls and melt in the microwave in 30 second bursts.

Top Tip: If you don't have a microwave, you can melt your chocolate over the hob.

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil on the hob, pop your chocolate in a heatproof bowl and pop the bowl over the saucepan (you'll need a bowl that can sit on top of you saucepan safely).

Step 2

Fill a disposable piping bag with the melted chocolate, snip the end and then squeeze into the moulds in different patterns.

We drizzled wiggly lines, spots and dots, stripes and anything else you wish to do!

For a variation you could place some of the sprinkles into the mould before filling with the chocolate.

Step 3

Fill with the rest of the alternative colour chocolate to the lip of the mould. Cut the lolly sticks to size and then place in the lolly sticks.

Top Tip: Ensure the lollipop stick is covered with chocolate to secure it in place.

Step 4

Scatter the sprinkles on top of the melted chocolate and pop in the fridge to set for a couple of hours, after which time they should be ready to ease out of the moulds.

Step 5

Carefully place into the lollipop bags and twist on the fastening to finish.
