How to make

Reindeer Photo Decoration:

Step-1

Paint the craft sticks with the brown paint, you’ll need twelve sticks to create three frames.

Step-2

Using a strong glue, stick together the sticks so they create a rectangle and set aside to dry.

Step-3

Draw out the Reindeer heads and tails on the brown card. Add two googly eyes and a red pom pom nose. Stick the heads and tails to each end of the rectangle craft stick frame.

Step-4

To make the antlers, cut a pipecleaner to about 6cm and 3cm. Take the 3cm one and wrap it around the top of the 6cm one. Repeat until you have 6 complete Antlers.

Step-5

Stick to the craft sticks so that they sit behind the Reindeer heads.

Step-6

Cut a piece of ribbon and stick to the middle of the frame.

Step-7

Finally add your chosen pictures to the back of the frame.

Stable Decoration:

Step-1

To make three ornaments, paint 24 craft sticks with the brown paint; one or two coats will be enough for this.

Step-2

Arrange the sticks into a stable shape and glue.

Step-3

Cut out three star shapes from the gold glitter card and stick to the top of the stables.

Step-4

Finally glue a piece of ribbon or twine to the back of each stable.

Snowflake Decoration:

Step-1

Paint the craft sticks with the white paint, these may need two or three coats. You will need twelve sticks to create three snowflakes.

Step-2

Add a sprinkle of silver glitter to 6 of the sticks.

Step-3

Once dry you can create your snowflakes! Layer four sticks on top of each other in a star shape, alternating the plain and glittered sticks, and stick with strong glue.

Step-4

Once dry you can add your feathers and gems however you like! I made each snowflake slightly different.

Step-5

Using the snowflake punch, make a selection of blue and white snowflakes, these can then be stuck onto the sticks and feathers.

Step-6

Finally glue a piece of white ribbon to the back each snowflake and they are ready to be displayed!
