How to make

Step-1

Cut three 15 centimetre squares from cherry cardstock and score all the squares in half on the diagonal. Place one of the squares into a diamond shape with the score running horizontally. From the top point, measure down to 15cm and mark with a pencil. Place double sided tape onto the diamond as shown.

Step-2

Mat the second square onto the right of the diamond as shown.

Step-3

Mat the remaining square onto the left of the diamond as shown to create the pyramid base.

Step-4

Cut two 14 centimetre squares from blue cardstock and cut in half to create triangles. Mat three triangles onto the base as shown. Cut two 13.5cm squares from complimentary backing paper and repeat the step.

Step-5

Using the Season’s Greetings Washing Line die, cut six from blue cardstock. Divide three of the die cuts into individual words. Ink all the die cuts with Versamark ink and cover with glitter embossing powder. Heat with a heat gun until the powder melts and turns glossy. Mat the die cuts onto each of the triangles.

Step-6

Decorate with buttons, bows and pearls. Tie red and white twine through a large blue button and mat the button onto the undecorated triangle to act as a closure.

Step-7

Write and send! You will need to undo it and pack it flat to fit into an envelope.
