Build your own "Fury" tank
Good kit from Italeri. Plenty of extra items you will lose building the kit in your carpet, added onto the sprues. HVSS suspension is not for the faint hearted to build. Hull needs aligning before glueing. But if you have filler you will be ok. You can build Fury, or two other versions of the Easy 8 Sherman. I will advise that the string provided to hold the logs on is not long enough. I used some of my own cotton. And the main gun and machine guns are difficult to not glue solid. I found it a harder build than say some of the easier kits on the market. Took me two evenings just to paint everything before construction. But for an intermediate level builder or above this will not be a problem. A beginner may find it a bit on the harder side to complete. I would advise that the tracks supplied fit very easily, are of correct length, but fit to the hull first before gluing the top on. And super glue the sprocket and idler wheel hubs to the hull before fitting the tracks. Avoids pulling the wheels inwards. Apart from these minor issues, I would have given five stars.

Italeri M4A3E8 Sherman ' Fury ' 1.35 scale
its a great kit to build of a late war Sherman tank, it comes with two sets of tracks depending on which type that you build of the Sherman tank that you are making, in the kit is a decal sheet for 3 different units that used the sherman tank in world war2, 1 of 3 decal options is for sherman that appeared in the film Fury that the actor brad pitt starred in, or you can make it into the other 2 options depending on what scene you are building.

Confusing instructions and images let down what should have been a good model
Unfortunately I chose this over the Tamiya version and this remains unfinished due to the confusing instructions meaning parts have been fitted incorrectly ruining the overall look.
Some of the images in the instructions do not match the parts, and the numbers on the sprues can be in any orientation and are not in numerical order.
I am steering clear of Italeri models from now on.

Enjoyable build
This kit is of the Sherman tank seen in the film "Fury", one of my favourite movies. So I was delighted to see Hobbycraft stock this kit by Italeri. Pieces fit together easily and the instructions are clear. Good fun to make and a nice memento of a great film.
