Customer service
I was so impressed with customer service when I snagged my jeans on a display unit. The manager told me to buy a replacement pair and bring the receipt. There was no problem when I returned a few days later, in fact the girl at the till was aware of the issue. I was reimbursed with £16, so thank you very much.

Lovely yarn, but......
This is a lovely to knit with, great variegated colours but I like to knit from the centre of the ball and the centre was horrendous!!!! Knotted, tangled, and a lot of it. Used 3 balls for my blanket and all the same. Please, James C Brett, sort out this problem. Shouldn't have to spend half an hour or so sorting out the yarn before you use it. Also, quite a few yarn joins, which was annoying. Had to cut the yarn and restart on 4 occasions. Hopefully Hobbycraft will pass this on to James C Brett

Lovely to knit with.
Easy to knit with but wouldn’t say it was double knitting. Used one size down needles and a size up on the pattern which worked out well. The colour is not pink and grey but pink and green. Would use this yarn again.

great feel to yarn
This wool has a great feel to it and looks really lovely when knitted up. I haven't completed my garment yet but I am sure it will be great as my last one I knitted with James Brett wool was lovely.

Poor description and yarn quality
The yarn is described as pink and grey but it is not. It is pink and green. The first ball I used had 5 knots!!! I gave up using it and ripped out my work.
