Colour is completely different!!!
Ordered online I thought I was getting a rich blue -as per the picture. What was actually in my bag was a pale blue/grey -nothing like this at all! I dug my heels in and assistant went and brought back the colour I actually wanted but was adamant that I had been given the colour I ordered. There is nothing on the reel to say what that colour is.
Also it is on the skimpy side of 3mm - definitely narrower than the other reels of 3mm ribbon I have bought elsewhere.

On line picture incorrect
A good ribbon but the picture is completely wrong it is a pale baby blue.
Ordered online for store collection and should’ve looked at it before I left.
