Disappointing
I purchased these to start learning brush lettering. I read the reviews and they seemed good however the tips of the brush are very loose and dry and I could not get a thin stroke line at all. I returned them and bought the Hobbycraft brush pen set instead which I have found are much better

Great quality for a reasonably priced set.
My grandaughter tested these for me. She is an artist and assures me that these calligraphy markers are as good as others costing lot more.

Not good for!
I wanted to get a good set of pens for lettering, this is not a good set! The pens are not designed for calligraphy and it is impossible to get fine lines. The tips are far too soft and can only be used for colouring!
The colours also bleed through the paper, even thicker paper. The red colour is more brown than red. The packaging gives a totally wrong impression of these pens!

Fine nibs not brilliant
If you want to produce beautiful writing with the fine brush nibs then spend a bit more money. The fine brush splays so the ink does not travel to the end of the brush. On saying this it’s a great value set and the thicker end ‘paints’ very well.

Not for me, sorry
I found the brush markers were too soft and did not give a sharp line. On looking at the brush I felt it was like using an old felt tip pen. Sorry the product did not come up to my expectations. I have given them to a card maker.

Very poor quality, left disappointed!
I bought thee pens for my calligraphy but was left disappointed! On opening the package 3 of the pens didn`t work and had no ink in them. The rest had very little as if it was used. I won`t be purchasing this product again!

Dried out or bleeding tips.
Awful markers. Maybe i got a bad batch but they were either dried out or bleeding colour.
I threw away my receipt cause i figured they’d be good. My birthday voucher from Hobbycraft too. :(
