Great little pen!
As a relative beginner found it easy to use and was quickly producing calligraphy style text which looked good. Ink flows well and thick and thin lines can be produced in a single letter by a small swivel of pen. Equally great for creating single thickness lines. If you struggle with ordinary nib pens to create the effects you want through pressure changes this is a great alternative. I used it on quality journal paper.

Italic disappointment
Bit disappointed, it's quite difficult to find a good Italic fibre tip option for when a fountain pen nib doesn't suit the writing surface. Had high hopes for this pen, bought the fine tip as medium is usually too thick but, unfortunately, it very quickly splayed - slightly - but enough to cause the script to look blocky and just as if it were written using an ordinary broad tipped felt pen. Would also have preferred to buy it in blue rather than black but only black was available.

Good product
I found this more difficult to use than a thicker calligraphy pen as I am a beginner but this is not an issue related to the product, which was great value and as described and expected for purpose

Calligraphy pen for invites
Purchased these to have a practice with writing invitations for our wedding. I bought the medium and the thinner size and found the medium easy to write in a calligraphy style as the thinner one wasn’t as easy (though I think this was probably just me as I don’t have a clue what I’m doing!)

Writes lovely
I purchased this pen after returning one with a bigger nib that was too big for my project, this one was perfect. I'm left handed and worry about smudging my writing but this wrote very neatly
