Twin machine needle
Made a fabulous double line of stitching. Unfortunately I tried it on zig zag and I assume you need a different foot to stitch with as it broke before I could use it on a garment. My Hobbycraft is out of stock, but will see if I can find one elsewhere. It will be great for hemming smart trousers.

Very disappointed.
Unfortunately one of the needles broke as I was doing a test run on a piece of scrap fabric. Made sure I had threaded the machine and needles correctly and also that the needles went in between the foot properly. Was sewing very slowly but it still broke. Will not be purchasing these again.

I had never tried using a twin needle before but the staff reassured me and I managed to finish a dress with great hem using this needle , it looked very professional.
