Smells delicious
Over my 60 years of baking this is the best essence of almonds I have used. What a boon when I saw it on the shelf at my local Hobbycraft. Yey! Another excuse for visiting the shop or website.
It is a wonderful addition to scones; deserts and traditional cakes. It’s parters in the range include chocolate: vanilla and peppermint. Essentials at Christmas and other events for any home bakery.

Excellent almond essence
I've used this essence for making chocolates and they turned out very delicious! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is based on alcohol though, so I would not give the chocolate to kids.
