Fun and easy
Me and my fiancé popped into hobbycraft for a browse. We bought a few of these money boxes to paint on a Saturday evening. It was really nice to do this together, he loved painting his car! We had my hairdryer out drying the paint for the next layer!

On the subject of painting a dog
Painting a dog-shaped ceramic money box with a friend is a great pass-time when it's pouring down outside! It also makes for a few giggles too! The only downside to this product is that there needs to be a tad more paint and a brush of better quality; a few strands keep coming off and sticking to the poor dog!

These are great buys not expensive. This time I have bought our two little Grandsons a sausage dog money boxes. They love doing these and it keeps them quiet for ages. Just what Grandparents need. Try them they are not expensive I promise.

Paint your own great fun
Great little piggy bank that you can paint into your own coloured DOG. Fun to do and when finished you have a useable piece to display. Only 1 downside to these paint your own moneyboxes is the need to mix the pain colours to get some colours. Is instructed but makes it messier. Overall a great PYO moneybox. And will be buying again (various designs)

Daughter loves it
I bought this for my 4 year old daughter. It's the 3rd one I've bought for her. She loves painting them and they are excellent value for money. I don't mind the fact we have a bright red sausage dog with blue spots money box on the windowsill, kept her quiet for an hour or so.

Great little gift
Bought a lot of these for my great nephews & nieces to help fill that gap after Xmas but before school begins. the kits seem really simple but fun with everything you need to sit down and make a mess at Grandma's! They'll love them

Not my best buy
Liked the design but our one had a hairline crack and smashed in my toddlers hand, the product itself would probably have been fine had the craxk nit been there though, did think it was a little expensive given its size though

Well worth the money.
I purchased a paint your own dog money box for a friends child. She has had so much fun expressing herself by making her own unique money box. Well worth the money, especially as it was purchased in the sale at half price.
