Neon colour
These pens are very good, the tiniest bit scratchy at times but the price more than makes up for this.
The only downside is that, although the range of pens that these belong to includes a Neon set, these Pastel pens are rather neon as well. These colours are nice if that is what you're expecting however, and most likely the neon ones are much brighter, but these still give a highlighter feeling.

Fine for the price
Not the best quality - pens are a bit scratchy and the ink doesn't flow as smoothly as more expensive sets but for the price I wouldn't expect them to... They are a good budget option and fine for what I need them for!
I have the metallic set as well.
Not a problem for me, but it is probably worth mentioning for others that they are quite bright/neon colours rather than pastel shades.
