Awful product!
I cannot get this crackling medium to work. The how to use instructions are non existent, and I was unable to find any recommendations of how to use on the Pebeo website. I have tried painting over my surface (card, and acrylic paint, which is listed as a surface to use this on), I have tried mixing with acrylic paint, I've tried thick, and thinly painting this on. I've tried painting on, then painting acrylic over the top. Nothing. Not one crackle. If the store was open I would return the product for a refund.
I do not recommend this product.

waste of money
tried this all different ways and still had no crackle effect, no instructions so go back to my own method of one coat acrylic paint &one coat varnish.as one dries quicker you get a crackle effect

Doesn’t work
I bought this to give an aged finish to a frame,
There are no instructions and as yet I have been unable to get any sort of finish. I am very disappointed and won’t be using Pébéo again.

Does not work
This comes with no instructions so I have tried all the different methods of using a crackle glaze and it hasn't worked with any of them! I contacted Pebeo for advice and never got a reply. Do not waste your money, use PVA instead!

Worst crackle medium
Don’t buy. It’s the worst ‘crackle’ medium I have ever tried. No instructions for a start. I’ve tried mixing with paint from the same range as well as other paint types, I’ve put it on first and painted over it, I’ve left it up dry and tried painting over it while it’s wet. Whatever way I’ve tried to use it, I get very little or mostly no crackling. Why Hobbycraft still stock this is beyond me.

Do NOT buy it !!!
It doesn’t crackle ! So many bad reviews and the shop still sell it . I don’t understand. I will return it.
