Poor substitute for the real thing
If you are an experienced cake decorator I would avoid using this as it really doesn’t drip as well as homemade ganache. The colour is a very dark cream so you need to mix a white colour with it to get a white drip too. I bought this a a quick route as I was short of time and I ended up scraping it off the cake and starting again with my own as it was a bit lumpy and the drip length was very short before it stopped dripping There are others on the market that are far better.

Easy to use.
No instructions on the packaging. But, easy to use and does what it supposed to do. I was disappointed the drip doesn't set, stays wet, it doesn't tell you this on the bottle.but it creates the desired effect. You could probably save the expense and melt white chocolate or use royal icing sugar. I'm sure it would work just as well.

I bought this as a quick substitute for making my own white chocolate drip for a cake and couldn’t believe how bad it was. It was really thin and see-through to the point where I had to make my own to cover it up anyway so it was a total waste of time and money.

Didn't like it, compared to my usual brand.
I had to buy this as a convenience as i didnt have time to buy my ususal on line which was a different brand. I didnt like it. The taste wasn't very nice and it didnt set hard like my usual brand.

Not good unfortunately
I bought this ‘luxury’ product to save time on a cake I was making but sadly it does not do the job it’s designed for. The consistency is way too thick to drip.

Easy to use

Takes a little time to dry but overall, will definitely use again
