Excellent metal knitting needles for children
Started up an after school knitting club for children at the local primary school in January which is very successful and very rewarding to see. children progress from casting on to knitting a square in garter stitch , helping to make Twiddlemuffs and knitting a small Easter chick to take home . The 4.5mm needles are ideal size for using double knitting wool and easier to use than the plastic ones .For some reason they seem to be hard to purchase , I initially bought 12pairs and then have needed more but the local store rarely has this size in stock so have bought online but even then could not get the quantity I needed last week!!

Perfect sized knitting needles
The knitting needles I bought for my 10 year old Grandaughter were the perfect size and length for her and she is really enjoying knitting a scarf. She was previously given a pair by a neighbour that were far too long and she kept dropping stitches. Problem solved! Thank you

Correct size for small fingers
I bought these needles for my granddaughter. She enjoys knitting and the needles I bought her were too big and they were thin so when I saw these small ones I thought great for small hands. My granddaughter has been knitting a jumper for a few of her teddies they look great .

So good!!
I love these! They’re so smooth (which is great because I’m a very tight knitter) and very comfortable, they’re not limited for just kids’ use! One thing I would like is if they were a bit longer, for bigger projects, but they are very much perfect for small ones.

I like metal needles!
I knit SO much and really like little needles - my first pair were glove-finger needles and about 4 inches long. These needles fit in my travel pencil-case, mini knitting bag and can hold many more stitches than you would believe!

Needles for kids
Excellent recommendation from a member of staff. I am teaching my granddaughter to knit and when I bought the wool she suggested these needles. Ordinary needles would be far too long for a youngster. Very successful so far.
