Do exactly what I need.
Very happy with this set of 12mm knitting needles. I brought these when purchasing my first lot of chunky yarn and have been using them to knit a baby blanket. The yarn can glade off easily when carrying the stitch over, but there is still enough grip and control to not have your stitches sliding off your needle. Very lightweight and comfortable to hold. Would definitely recommend, especially for beginners. My 7 year old enjoys using these needles over his 4mm as the 12mm allow him to have a better grip, as well as being able to see what he’s doing more clearly.

Great for beginners
If your just learning to knit or refreshing your memory these needles are great! Wool doesn’t slip off easily and nice a thick so you see progress quicker and not so fiddley as smaller needles, would definitely recommend

Good quality
Good quality and cheap in price. Can get a bit uncomfortable to hold if you're not used to such large needles but I'd still recommend.

For chunky wool
Really nice to work with on chunky knit wool, slides nicely and actually fits nicely in hands, doesn’t feel too odd for the size.
