Great product for keeping your puzzles
I have been looking around for something to keep my Thomas Kinkade Disney puzzles together as I did not want to put them back in the box as they were too pretty not to frame and knew it would be easier to glue together and then frame. This for me is the easiet way to glue a puzzle, I normally slide baking paper under the puzzle and then pour an amount in the middle and then use a squiggy tool to spread it over the puzzle and then pour more in places it doesn’t reach. It doesn’t take too long too dry and leaves a shiny texture which makes the puzzles more clear- I would recommend gluing the back of it as well to make it more sturdy. One tub is enough for me to do 2x 1000 piece puzzles on the front and back of each. I have purchased five more since for more of the puzzles I have completed and will be hanging them up on my wall- much to the horror of my boyfriend

Used on a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle. A little goes a very long way. If you are going to do both sides, do the front first to seal it and once dry, makes it easy to pick the whole puzzle up and flip over. I did the back first and unfortunately, there was a bit of bleedthrough to the front around the edges of the puzzle pieces, which dried a slightly darker colour. It doesn't matter too much as the jigsaw puzzle was of a vintage map with slightly sepia undertones. On the rest of it, it gave a clear, slightly shiny finish. I think this was down to my inexperience as this was the first time I had used such a product. The jigsaw measured 69cm x 43 and had 1,000 pieces. I did three coats, 2 front, 1 on the back and there's enough left to do another puzzle, I think.

Very good glue
I had completed a 1000 piece difficult jigsaw which was a lovely photograph but printed on the flimsiest card which did not hold together at all. I decided that I would mount it for display rather than ever do it again. I used two coats of glue to ensure it stuck and it worked really well. The only criticism is that the application spatula was far too small for the large puzzle so used a kitchen bowl scraper!

Good to work with
Have found other puzzle glues to be quite expensive but this is very reasonably priced. Works well and goes a long way! Impressed

Easy to use
Simply pour onto puzzle and spread. Easier to spread using credit card rather than spreader incorporated in lid. Will definitely buy again

Hobbycrafts puzzle glue is great!
Hobbycrafts puzzle glue is great! It’s reasonably priced and works so well! I completed a 1000 piece jigsaw and wasn’t really up for doing it again haha and so I’m so glad this glue worked as well as it has. I’ve glued my puzzle together and hung it up. The glue is strong and clear perfect for this kinda thing.
