Excellent product for fine flower work
I've been using this product for years for making sugar flowers and I still consider it to be the best on the market. I've tried other brands but always come back to this. It is quite firm and needs some work to soften it initially. It dries quite quickly so keep it wrapped well and work fairly fast. The finish is great. It dries hard so your flowers are solid almost like porcelain and you can get a really fine finish as it holds it's shape well even when very thin. I've just made roses and longiflorum lilies for my wedding cake and they look fabulous. No cabbages on my cake!

very good product
I have been using flower paste from A piece
of cake,but when in hobby craft spotted the Renshaws paste. I am very happy with the product. The paste can dry quite quickly which
can be a draw back,but this aside, i am very happy with it. It is also slightly cheaper than other similar pastes.

Great for delicate flowers
This product is easy to use. It differs from the fondant covering as it dries like porcelain. It just has to be kneaded and rolled out, cornflour will stop it from sticking. It can then be thinned with a ball tool to create realistic flowers. I can also be used in silicone moulds. This is the first time that I have used this product and I have been very please with the result.

Great Product
This product works great for cake toppers as it hardens quickly and is firmer to work with compared with fondant icing. I use Trex to fold into the paste to get that shiny appearance and this also prevents the paste from cracking. Adding colour to this icing works well if you keep kneading the colour in until incorporated. I have bought this a fair amount now and will continue to buy it as it works well and doesn’t break the bank. Highly recommend.

Pliable but strong and when hardened is not brittle.
This product is fantastic. It allows you to create icing shapes from flowers to figurines. If used with a little smear of lard on the fingers it remains pliable but strong enough to hold its shape and then be adjusted. It becomes solid but not brittle so it doesn't break up when handled when finished. Lovely

Perfect paste for flowers
I found this paste perfect for flowers, it rolled very thin, was pliable without tearing, dried quickly and was sturdy, not fragile. It also took on colour very well, whether mixing gel colour in beforehand, mixing with coloured sugarpaste, or dusting with petal dusts once dry. Also great for mixing with sugarpaste to give a sturdier paste for modelling.

Great product good price
I always purchase renshaw flower paste when it comes to cake decorating. It is a very reasonable price and does a perfect job every time, this stuff is great for making cake toppers/ figurines etc. As it sets hard after a few days. Meaning those fiddly delicate decorations you spend hours making cannot be easily ruined. Plus it comes in all kinds of colours and can get it at hobby craft just down the road so is great for those last minute projects

Pleasantly surprised
I normally use a different flower paste from another well known brand, but I thought I’d give this a try. I’m glad I did!
Firstly It didn’t have a vinegary smell like my usual brand and it was cheaper for more grams.
Secondly it didn’t dry out as quick and was much more workable for longer.
And lastly the results were the same!
I would 100% buy this again.
