Product description

When it comes to model-building, Revell are the old kids on the block, having inspired many youngsters into enthusiasts as early as 1945 with models such as this Model Set Eurofighter Typhoon.

Having started with draftsman Bob Reder and a set of model ships under the company name Monogram, the craze of building models sparked worldwide. This inspired plastics businessman Lewis Glaser to start up Revell. The company produced a range of different items, one of which was the pull toy cars. The cables could be detached so that the toys could be put up on display, giving Glaser the motivation to develop buildable model kits.

The Eurofighter Typhoon is a flexible and efficient aircraft with a surface that is only 15% metal. The plane is made for manoeuvrability and stealth operations, but is able to adapt to a variety of missions, which makes this plane reliable and suitable for the air force. This kit has everything that you need to replicate one of modern war's flying titans, including historical decals and a set of paints.

Revell Eurofighter Typhoon Model Kit 1:144 is rated 1.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely tiny I didn't realise before I ordered this just how small it would be. It was ridiculously tiny and not good value for money

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tiny model that needs a lot of extras that are not included Will unfortunately never buy one of these models again, so many extras not included and actual model size tiny so not good with children with sight problems.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A good starter kit. A good starter kit. Easy to assemble, and everything in the box you need to get you going. Paint options are a bit restrictive (if you're not sure how to mix paint). Ideally for best results best to use an air gun kit to paint the craft than using the brush. You get a better finish. :)
