My son is thrilled
I bought the Tornado for my 15 year old son. He loves making models and this seemed like a real challenge for him. So far he's loving it, spending the time to do a great job, he's very proud of what he's achieved so far. Looking forward to seeing it when he's finished.

REVELL 1/32 SCALE GR1 TORNADO
I've been buildings Revells kit for a while now and they have come a long way in thier tooling for plastic models and scale details. Revell class their difficulty level in making by 'Level 1-5' level 5 being very detailed and for more experienced builders
This kit is level 5 and i must confess I'm well chuffed with the amont of details.
My advice just be patient and have the right tool and paint to finish the model to high standard

Skill level 5 necessary
This is a level 5 skill set and requires a lot of additional paint and decal dope to make sure the model looks good when finished. Be very careful when dealing with really small parts as they are sometimes very difficult to locate. Although this model needs a lot of work it is overall a good product for the price at Hobbycraft.

Although the kit itself it from a 1984 mould re packaged
It's still bery good with great detail and the instructions are fantastic glossy pictures and clear marking of parts
If I were to be super critical it would be it doesn't give ypu all the paint colours you need on the outside of the box only on the instructions

Been after this for awhile now so when the half price deal came on I got it . It’s an amazing model with lots of detail and made to a top standard. I’m half way through making and don’t want it to end . Many thanks hobby craft
