I bought this to make my daughter the dress. I know my way pretty well around a sewing machine and patterns so was ok, most of the instructions are for appliqué and very little instruction for the actual dress itself so some people fairly new to sewing might struggle with this. I think it creates a lively dress!

This promises to be a useful multi size pattern - useful for all the little girls in my life
So much better to buy a real pattern with full instructions rather than trying to print one off the net.

Easy dress pattern for girls
I purchased this dress pattern to make some summer dresses for my 2 granddaughters. I can't wait to start. I used to make my own clothes when I was a teenager many years ago.

Cute pattern
Bought this pattern to make a dress for my niece. Matched it with some lovely rainbow print cotton so made view b without the appliqué to give the material room to shine. Had just enough material from 1.5m to squeeze out the dress and the little matching bag (although had to some remnants for the bag lining). Standard simplicity pattern, relatively easy to follow but some directions could be confusing for a new sewist. Just make sure you google anything you’re not sure of! :-)

Pretty pattern with bows, bunnies, bags and kittens

A pretty dress but tricky to put on
Makes a lovely dress and fairly easy to follow but it’s difficult to get on and off my daughter with only 3 buttons. I’d add an extra one or use a zip instead if I made it again. A made the version with tied sleeves, which are fiddly but turned out nicely. I was also surprised by the length of the dress because it is much longer that I expected based on the photos/drawings.
