Shopping safely in Hobbycraft stores

Our priority remains the safety of both our colleagues and our customers.
As a result of the developments in Wales regarding coronavirus, and in line with the Welsh government guidelines, we will temporarily close our Cardiff, Swansea and Newport stores from 6pm on Friday 23rd October until Monday 9th November.
Below are the key safety measures you will see across all of our stores.

What to Expect

1. We are operating a queue management system outside all stores. Dedicated door monitoring colleagues are limiting the number of customers in our stores at any one time.
2. There are sanitisation points in each store where customers are able to clean hands, baskets and trolley handles.
3. Throughout each store we have social distancing signage supporting the two metre guidelines, including at checkouts.
4. Checkout colleagues are screened, appropriately spaced and we recommend contactless payments where possible.
5. Customers and colleagues will be required to wear masks while in store, except for those with exemptions.
