Strong and reliable blades
I've used 10A blades for 20 years or so and am happy to say that the Hobbycraft Swann-Morton blades are as good as ever. Well presented in store, safely packaged, and provide excellent performance.

Modelmakers essential buy
These little blades are very sharp and cut balsa or bass wood at various thickness.
The secret is not to press to hard otherwise the blade will break easy.

Just what I needed!
So glad hobbycraft stock these replacement surgical blades! Perfect for cutting small, intricate details/designs out of card and paper. As soon as I changed the blade, I wondered why I had left it so long, such a crisp cut

When only the best will do
I've been using these blades professionally for over 40 years now and they are really the one and only scalpel blade to use - nothing else can handle simple straight cuts or intricate cuts as well as these little beauties

Do the job, but very overpriced.
Always need some spare blades for a multitude of crafts, however they’re very overpriced at hobby craft. You can buy x100 blades on amazon for 14 (14p per blade) as opposed to £1 per blade at hobbycraft...

fit for purpose
I have used these No.10A for more years than I care to remember for cutting paper and card. and I use the No.11 blades for cutting tight curves.
For some reason they are not available online.
