It comes with all the lights, number plates and everything. Easy to assemble and he even painted it the same colour as his own. Overall, very impressive

I was considering purchasing a ready made one in a colour I didn’t want for nearly £100. Then I found this. Wow. What a brilliant find. Comes in a base white so you can colour it yourself. However, I failed to realise that it doesn’t include the glue. But this was my fault for not reading it. :) best find I’ve had in a while. Thank you :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best mx5 kit High quality casting, very easy to build and comes with a step by step instruction booklet that's very easy to follow. Hobby craft also was the cheepest place I had found this kit as they can sell for as much as £35. I would highly recommend this mx5 kit to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent, high quality model. I'm just getting back into modelling, so initially, I bought an Airfix kit, which I was greatly disappointed with (terrible quality parts). Anyway, I remembered from my youth that the Tamiya models were always high quality, so I decided to give this one a go as it was a similar price point to the Airfix kits. Fantastic parts - really high quality and detailed mouldings with very little flash to trim off. One of the best parts are the chrome plated plastic parts which really lift the detail of the model along with the correctly detailed rubber treaded tyres. The instructions are clear and simple. I ended up using some proper aerosol car paint for the body which gave it a really nice finish. I also used Tamiya paints for the rest which are water soluble and have no nasty fumes. (In fact the red paint even smells like strawberries!) Really great model kit - was so good, I've just bought another one instore from Hobbycraft (a VW beetle)!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent value The Eunos better known as Mazda Mx-5 in Europe. Very nice kit in white plastic. I would expect it to assemble very easily: Tamiya have an excellent reputation. There are expert model reviews and youtube videos available.
