Easy to use
I was a little apprehensive when I first got this product home, having never used liquid latex before and not really knowing what to expect. I had ordered it in order to mix in with acrylic paint in order to paint something I had made from craft foam in order to strengthen it. I had also been warned that liquid latex has a particularly strong ammonia smell.
I was surprised by how easy this product was to use, even for a complete beginner. Once it had been mixed with the paint, the smell wasn't too bad: it just smelled like really strong Copydex. I've really enjoyed using this product and broadening my crafty horizons!

Bridgemere Hobbycraft is the best layer out store I have been in for a long time and the members of staff I spoke with were friendly and most helpful.
I have recently taken up moulding some small mechanical parts in epoxy resin and was relatively new to crafting having just taken it up as an interest. It was amazing to find such a huge variety of subjects under one roof at Hobbycraft. I could have spent hours in your store had it not been for my lovely wife who eventually guided me to the subject crafts for which we had journeyed. Within the week I had visited twice and have already organised another collection for next week which no doubt will be another half days outing. So many products expertly displayed,something of interest in every isle,Thank you to the most helpful lady who initiated my membership.

Great product! Terrible smell!!
I was a bit dubious about using this product on skin but after reading the blurb online I gave it a go. We made some brilliant facial scars and using tissue we built up great gashes and torn skin to compliment my daughters zombie ballerina costume, and I made a bald cap for my son by painting a few coats over a balloon then trimming it to size. If using on skin then it's important you put a barrier down first. The smell is pretty bad but soon goes. All in all great product.

Very good product to make fake skin for fancy dress.
Comes in a handy bottle that went quite away for making a mask for my grandson. It’s also good for fake skin for fancy dress etc. The only thing was we couldn’t get any paint to go on the product-Trylon paint for latex. The lady in the store said they don’t stock it! Which was upsetting for my grandson. The product comes in a bigger carton for the bigger projects. But the small bottle has gone a long way and with plenty left. But is a fantastic product and dries quickly between coats. Would definitely recommend this product.

Great product
I bought this for use with making animatronics. The rubber sets solid to produce a good skin tone, by painting the inside with red paint, it looks like skin. It is easy to use, although best in an airy environment because it smells like amonia. I used a hairdryer to aid the drying. Make sure it is dry clear before adding more.
