This product was bought to experiment with making wax food wraps. I was having difficulty finding beeswax and so I thought I would have a go with this wax. Using scrap cotton material, I sprinkled on some wax (using baking parchment underneath and on top) and using an iron set to 2, I melted the wax into the material. I found one sheet of the parchment wasn't enough. So doubled up and it worked fine. I have wrapped a block of cheese with my finished wrap and so far, two days have gone passed and the cheese is still fine. So I tentatively say I think this wax works for making food wraps.

The best
I’ve tried so many waxes but I always go back to this one! Super easy to use and works so well for wax melts or silcone mould candles. My only gripe would be I’d love it in a bigger quantities. If you’re starting to make candles or wax melts this is a good one to start with!

Great product with no bloom
New to working with this kind of product so looking for something easy to use. Doesnt produce any bloom and colours mix well only criticism is it solidifies quickly resulting in a little more waste than expected but overall really good product and would buy again.

Melts great
The wax is easy to use but if like me you had never done this before, it came with no instructions about pots or vessels to use, whether I had to stir it, what to stir it with if need be, how long it may take to melt etc. I had to go on Google and search a few videos to make sure I did it right and not ruin any of my equipment or the wax itself.
There was also two tiny holes in the front of the bag, on the label that I only noticed once I had got home and had to find a pot to decant it into. Not a massive issue on both counts but a pain all the same.

PERFECT
Recently started to make my own wax melts and wanted a cruelty free option. This vegetable wax is just perfect and my wax melts turn out perfect every time! Will always buy this wax and will not look for any alternatives.

this product is fantastic for making wax melts
Great for making wax melts. does not leave a frosty coating and the scent throw is amazing. Will definitely be sticking to this for future wax melt orders

Holds scent well
Wouldn't buy again but more due to personal preference then because of the product. Does make good wax melts and holds the scent well
