Traditional tea cosy, great pattern
I made the traditional tea cosy, and was very pleased with the result. The knitting can be harder work than you might expect because of keeping the stitches bunched up but the result was worth it and I'm now making another in different colours.
The 2 piece pattern works well because you can pin it onto your teapot and leave the spout and handle openings just where you want them.
And the gathered style means extra thickness and extra warmth for your teapot.
Overall I was delighted. I am also planning to make the fair isle cosy, but that's for another day.
