Two of my three picture frames arrived broken. This was extremely disappointing as I had customers relying on me to deliver their finished products only days later. Hobby Craft were very professional. They were apologetic, curtuous and amazingly got new products sent our to me within 2 days. I trust this company and use it to buy all my companies frames and other products. Happy customer!

This product should have a single window mount
I like the white shaped profile frame and like the option to place my painting towards the back board or directly behind the glass. Its great the that the frame is made of solid wood (not MDF), also, because it has a proper glass protection as many competitors frames these days have plastic glass, which make any reflections distorted and the plastic is easily scratched during cleaning. I use the frame for my paintings, but need to use a separate mount increasing the cost of the otherwise perfect frame !

Lovely frame but poorly finished corners
I don't know what has happened regarding the quality of these frames. I have always used them for my keepsake business up until now. The last 4 frames that I have purchased have peeled at the corner edges of the frame.
It's such a shame as they are a lovely design.
