Not remotely suitable for outdoors.
We bought two of these around a month ago to stand outdoors and advertise that our business is open, they are not suitable for outdoors as suggested in the copy. Not weatherproof, cannot withstand even light wind. One of the legs has snapped and they are poorly constructed.

Lovely for any project
I’m a new to hobbycraft as only just brought a cricut machine.
With this delightful board I managed to print a vinyl Alice in wonderland theme and place it on one side. It looks amazing and I didn’t realise when I purchased this item, it had a lovely chain at the bottom that keeps the board upright
Would definitely buy this product again
I would also like to add... the staff at the derby store were so helpful and their knowledge was outstanding

Great quality
Love this board!
Bought it for my wedding day as a “no cameras/photos during the ceremony” sign and I can’t wait to use it. Very sturdy, great quality board that was very easy to write on and rub out when I made a mistake.

This product is fantastic!
The blackboard is an excellent size and well put together. There is ample writing space on both sides of the board. It’s useful for showing information using chalk or chalk pens or for sticking card on. As a teacher it’s a brilliant buy for my classroom.

Misleading materials, but should do the job.
Bought two of these for our wedding (and to lend to a friend also getting married), they'll do the job, but materials are not as implied by the name and there is no clarity on what the item is made of. Were looking for chalk boards for rustic weddings, so was looking for more of a tan wood colour, however availability and cost made these appealing. As it is described as "White-washed wooden" I had planned to sand it down, and varnish over to give it the desired rustic vibe. On receiving the item, they we discovered they are white washed pained wood, but some kind of MDF and laminate so we are now having to rethink how to approach this. Disappointment on this front, as the how to guides relating to Hobbycraft chalk boards also have a darker wooden look which would have been ideal, but are not actually sold by them (or not anymore).
However, they are good size and hopefully they will be fine on the day to inform guests of the days plans.
