Wonderful product
Beautiful colours and very easy to use on the go - you can replace the paints with individually bought ones too. The only downside is once finished painting if the tops of the paint are still damp they get stuck to the lid and fall out quite easy.

Winsor & Newton water colours are fabulious
i would like to elaborate that i am a complete novice at water colour paintings plus I am 17years young! The fact I hardly ever use colour in any medium and not for a very long time. Having said this, when I did buy the Winsor & Newton water colour set I see I have been improving gradually by embracing the missteps I make, but I do still carry on painting. These amazing pigments are high in quality which is a guarantee due to the excellent name of the company and it's prolific history in water colour production. This is what made me want to get the set of 12 colours. Just to have a feel of what the colours are like when using plain old simple water! I can tell you now that the 12 pack water colour set is a solid start off for beginners and also those experienced with the medium of watercoloursthe medium. I definitely urge anyone who wants to get into watercolours. Do not be too skeptical about these paints! Just go out there and buy them for the quality of colour and for how compatible this great pack is for traveling. Definitely another excellent product from a brilliant company and great store. I recommend it for artists everywhere and all ages!

Great quality product
I have recently bought this item, and I have to say the quality of the watercolours are really good, and easy to use.
Although I am still learning to use them properly and how to mix colours, I am very happy with them so far. I highly reccomend these for beginners as the colour pallette is not too complicated, and will be great for someone who is trying out watercolour painting for the first time. The product is quite small, but I don’t think it should matter if you are starting out, and if you are on the go.

Small but perfectly formed!
This is a little box of water colour paints - ideal for slipping into your pocket, bag or the car, with some paper, for those moments when you are truly inspired and just have to do some painting. The colour selection is very good, so no excuses to get creative!

The best you can buy
These watercolours are absolutely fab, so much so that they’ve got me into painting with watercolours again. The colours are lovely and pigmented enabling you to get a whole range of light and dark shades. They’re well worth that extra bit of money!
