Winsor & Newton Distilled Turpentine is a fast evaporating, highly refined essential oil with the strongest thinning and brush cleaning power of all artists' grade solvents.
This will be ideal for diluting oil colours and cleaning your brushes. The use of turpentine for cleaning brushes keeps your brushes lasting longer.
Keep your turpentine tightly closed and away from light to prevent oxidation between uses. It should not be used if it has thickened. This turpentine is also suitable for removing varnish (including Dammer Varnish).

Really is pure turps
I use pure turps to make fat oil for mixing up china painting colours was worried buying this as no one seemed to know if it was pure.could not open it in the shop as they said would break seal .as soon as I could opened it to smell YES it's pure turps.....

very good product at a decent price
I couldn't find this brush cleaner/thinner anywhere, thankfully hobbycraft had it. my brushes were pretty much dead and rotting away (okay, not litterally rotting) but the stuff helped really well?? oh,, and it's wasn't expensive

It was great to be able to buy a large bottle at such a good price.
Having run out of turpentine halfway through a portrait, it was great to find a large bottle at such a good price. Thank you to your staff for keeping the last big bottle for me until I got there.
