This wool is amazing and super soft.
Perfect for everything. If it was cheaper I’d be buying loads. Couldn’t decide what to make at first. After many trial and errors I finally made a shawl and I’m so chuffed with it 😬

Randomness of colour covers mistakes.
Bought to knit something for a baby, sex unknown, colour appropriate for both. Not done any knitting for a while so made lots of mistakes, however because of the randomness of the yarn mistakes easily camouflaged. ( The item being knitted was a little cabled hoodie cardie. )
As it was a cardigan rather than a jumper, the fronts don’t match because of the randomness of the wool. However I’m really pleased with the almost finished item considering I haven’t done any knitting for over 40 years.

Always a lovely yarn, BUT, th we re is always glue from the label stuck on the yarn and you have to cut it off in several places. That is a manufacturing process issue

Beautiful knitting yarn
This is one of my favourite yarns from the WI collection, I love the way it feels, it’s really lovely to work with, the colours are very subtle and work really well together, and I particularly love the fair isle pattern that it produces! I am told that it washes really well too. Would highly recommend!

Value for money Soft yarn
Thank you for my birthday girt card. I used it to start knitting for my new grandson. I have used WI. yarn before and found it to be good quality and soft ideal for baby wear. It is also comfortable for knitting with.

Lovely soft wool. I used this mix with the same make wool in grey and white. Produced a beautiful gingham look baby blanket. Excellent substitute for sport wool used in American patterns.
