Broken wool and knotted
Very disappointed in this wool. Whilst it is lovely and soft and a pleasure to work with, two of the three balls of wool I purchased had over 5 crude knots in the centre of the ball and on 4 occasions the wool had separated within the balls.
As I was using 3 balls at the same time to crochet my project this proved to be extremely frustrating, time consuming and also resulted in the finished piece being a little unsightly because of the placement of the knots (I couldn't unpick the knots and they where pulled too tightly).
Such a shame as the yarn itself is lovely, but I doubt I will purchase again.

This wool is,so nice to work with and goes such a long way. Excellent yardage so soft and because of the size of the ball less joins. Excellent price . My one moan please please
WI can we have more colours please the number of people I have spoken to that use this are all saying the same please please.

Lovely finished project
I bought this together with the teal and blue colours to make a blanket. Using a basic granny square in rectangular format, I completed a blanket 60 in x 40 in, using just 2 skeins of yarn. The finished blanket feels really soft and comfortable, and the holes in the granny square design allows me to hold my book whilst my arms remain under the blanket!

Good value yarn
I've used WI yarn several times now. The colours are always true to description. It's nice to knit with and knits up well. Great value for money, especially with the 3 for 2 offer. I thoroughly recommend this yarn and will buy more when I need it.

I love this wool. Its really soft and warm when made up and lovely and easy to work with. The size of the ball makes it easier to plan projects and the colours are just lovely. If it were only machine washable it would be absolutely perfect!

This is so soft, I just love it, perfect for making crochet elephants for my Grandson (I say elephants plural as I have to make a second just in case stand in, well you know life wouldn't be worth living if any should happen to it)
