Smooth with any kind of yarn, does the job for all needed projects, and is really good value for money given how rare 15mm hooks are.

Overall a good hook
Overall this brand is good for hooks and I have several. I find plastic hooks in a very large size aren't quite as smooth as I would like and some yarns don't crochet quite as smoothly. So choose your yarn wisely.
