Okay but not suitable for very fine needles.
I bought this for the smaller needle threader, unfortunately it was not small enough for me to thread size 28 needles. It is also not clearly marked which end is finer.As a basic needle threader it works on standard size needles but is no better than cheaper , more basic models.

Clover double needle threader
Satisfactorily takes the hassle out of threading needles of all sizes.
It has a strong handle attached to two different sized wire loops, one at each end.
The wire loops pass easily through the holes of any sized sewing needles thus speeding up the chore of treading them.
