Overly constructed therefore far less fun
Well-priced, pretty, and easy to fill. BUT not properly constructed for purpose. A piñata *should* break open! The effort of a party full of children and multiple adults could not break it via turns with a stick. In the end, after the children became upset that it just wouldn't budge, an adult had to rip it to get them their spoils! On further inspection, the body was reinforced rather than made to break down upon thwacking.

Broke after the second whack
Hobbycraft, this pinata was really disappointing. All the kids were looking forward to whacking the piñata at the end of my boy’s 6th birthday party, and the plastic loop thing broke after the second kid in a long line of kids whacked it. Suffice to say, the finale of our party was a damp squib. Next year, I shall be making my own pinata from a cardboard box (you tube video).

Lots of fun!
Bought this pinata for a birthday party. Looks fantastic, can fit lots of sweets inside, good prize for the size too. Stood up to a decent amount of whacking with a very satisfying conclusion when it was finally broken open. Would definitely buy another for future parties.

Great party fun!
Such a fun item at our 5 year old’s birthday party. And the adults couldn’t resist a go too! Light enough to suspend and tough enough to not crumble on first hit. Obviously you can fill with whatever you want. It’s surprising how far sweets can travel lol.

Vibrant, large sized.. Loved it
Great quality apart from. 3 or 4 bits of tissue strands falling off its tummy that needed glue. The young lady at till took a "computer says no" attitude while chatting away to her friend. Anyway, still better quality than similar ones, great size too.

Would not buy again
Wouldnt buy again. This broke as soon as i hung it up and it wasnt over full of items or heavy stuff.
