Good fabric, not for the purpose I bought it for
Really nice fabric, in a wide range of beautiful colours. However, I bought it to make an un-lined, gathered summer dress, and it maybe wasn't the best choice for that. The fabric has good weight to it, it isn't super thin and lightweight, however it is a little see-through (especially when held up to the light). It's thick enough that I'm happy to wear my new dress, but only with shorts underneath. I also wouldn't really recommend this fabric if you're planning on gathering your fabric. Because it is a slightly heavier weight, it isn't super drapey and is a little too stiff to gather it nicely. Nothing against this fabric, I love my new dress and it looks good, I just think it would be better suited for some other projects :)
