Unhelpful store manager
Unit is fine, but one wheel fitting is missing. Tried to get replacement at store but manager refused to help, said I must get in contact with customer services, he didn't have the number, and he could not call for me, that he could not do anything as if he took the fitting from another pack in the store that would upset the customer who bought that one. The idea of removing that one from the shop floor was not appreciated. He didn't seem to understand that I was a customer who needed assistance from him. When I tried to argue this point he accused me of shouting, which I was not, and said he would have me removed from the store. My friend who is also a regular customer was appalled. I still have the three white plastic fittings that connect the wheels. Can you help?

Useful capacity but rubbish castors
Very usable capacity in each drawer but the supplied castors are almost useless on a carpet. They were hard to push into place (gentle hammer needed!) But when in manage to come out every few days if the unit is moved on carpet.
On reflection I think a better build quality item such as a really useful brand would have been better value but at the time they had none in stock.... You get what you pay for.

Broken upon arrival
Safely was broken upon delivery rendering it not fit and was a real challenge to work out how to return it in the end had to drive to a store to return it and as it’s only available on line could not get it replaced

Ok as set of drawers
One drawer had a crack in the handle so I returned it and swapped it for a four drawer unit in the same range. I struggled to fit the bits for for the castors to go in and ended up having to use force. However when I fitted the castors and then tried to put things in the drawers the castors started to buckle so I had to remove them and leave it as a non moveable set of drawers. So it’s a nice set of drawers but not quite what I bought it for.

Very flimsy. Not as good quality as the previous five drawer unit we bought a few years ago.

Not fit for pupose
To be honest it is the first time I have been disappointed with a purchase from Hobbycraft, The drawers are so inferior to previous ones I have purchased from your selves, They are not sturdy fell over when I started to put items in certainly not worth the money.
